Great location, spacious and clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast, Dove products in bathroom, no noise despite busy street.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Woodside Queens Nyc, An Ihg was enjoyable. The suite was spacious and well-designed, allowing us to relax comfortably. The soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The large TVs and plump pillows added to the overall comfort. Additionally, the breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options, including coffee, bagels, cereal. The friendly staff made our stay even more pleasant.

We encountered a few drawbacks during our stay. The first was the limited view due to the one-way street the hotel is located on.

This hotel offers a convenient location close to the airport and the metro train station. It is situated in a lively neighborhood with plenty of eateries and supermarkets nearby. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making guests feel welcome. The breakfast is excellent, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. the hotel offers great facilities, such as a customer parking area, and provides a perfect spot for those traveling to the city by car or plane.

It would be even better if complimentary drinking water bottles were provided daily or if there was a 24-hour water dispenser in the lobby/dining hall.

I was upgraded to a beautiful suite and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel was well-furnished and decorated. The location was convenient with easy access to Manhattan. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially the exceptional employee Sering Jalollow. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The lack of communication regarding the airport shuttle was frustrating and led to a long wait at the airport. The limited availability of towels in the room and the rude behavior of the kitchen staff also left a negative impression.

I came with friends for a concert at Citi Field and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Nick at the front desk was amazing with check-in, very polite and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our needs. The floor plan was well-laid out, the pillows were plump and soft, and the TVs were large. Despite facing a busy street, there was no traffic noise. The staff was accommodating, allowing us to use the breakfast dining room for our own food. The airport shuttle drivers were also pleasant and helpful. Plus, I loved that the bathroom had Dove products!

Best aspects of my stay were the friendly and helpful check-in staff, who were always ready to assist with any concerns. the hotel's location was perfect for me as it was convenient for visiting my son and his family. Another advantage was the clean facilities and the delicious hot breakfast provided. It was a great way to start the day!

Worst aspects of my stay included the initial lack of towels in our room, despite requesting them multiple times. Lastly, the issue with the elevators, skipping the first floor due to cleaning staff, was quite frustrating.
